Angélica Gudiño & Juan Carlos Garzón

Angélica Gudiño was born in Mexico City and studied Hispanic Literature at UNAM. Before working as a screenwriter, she had six years of experience in television, digital and print media.

Juan Carlos Garzón, also from Mexico City, holds a degree in Philosophy from UNAM. Since 2010, he has worked as a scriptwriter and creative consultant in the production of Eugenio Derbez; since 2015, he has held the same position for 3PAS Studios, L.A.

Since 2015, the two have been collaborating on screenwriting, working with All About Media on the development of "Treintona, Soltera y Fantástica" (2016), "Inquilinos" (2018), and "Veinteañera, Divorciada y Fantástica" (2020). Angie and Juan develop “Cuando sea Joven” for 3PAS Studios, they also began a long-lasting collaboration with Draco Films—the result of which has been the release of Home Office: A Story of Mirreyes vs. Godínez (2020), "Mirreyes vs. Godínez 2: El Retiro" (2022), and "Surviving My Fifteenth Birthday" (2023), During 2025, the titles of “Nuestros Tiempos” were released on Netflix and in theaters  "Mirreyes vs Godínez: Las Vegas" and "Mirreyes vs Godínez, a Christmas Special."

They have written for the production company Perro Azul, and recently wrote an adaptation for Fábula, and "Butterflies Fly Loops" for Wild Sheep - both currently in pre-production.

On TV, they have co-written about twenty episodes of the series "Se Rentan Cuartos" (Comedy Central), and are currently involved in the development of a sketch series for Visceral Studios. (Comedy Central), and are currently involved in the development of a sketch series for Visceral Studios.
