Alejandro Puente is a young actor who leads the new generation of Mexican artists. Willing to tell stories that resonate with his youth and current events, he has shifted between different media and taken the reins of new narratives.
Studied acting at the National School of Theatrical Art (ENAT), and has trained as a violinist, singer, dancer and writer. In theater, he gave life to "Todd Anderson" in the theatrical success The Dead Poets' Societyand starred in the stage success of the year, in The Swallow.
The reach of streaming platforms has been important in her career. She starred in the hit teen drama The Club (Netflix). Her work came to international prominence when she starred in the worldwide hit 'Rebelde' ('Rebelde')the big bet of the same platform, as well as the touching series 'Nadie Nos Va A Extrañar' (No One Will Miss Us). He recently premiered the explosive Mexican version of 'Celda 211 and will participate in the adaptation of the literary novel 'Mal de Amores'. 'Mal de Amores' ('Love Affair') (Netflix).
Always wanting to amplify and shed light on the world around him, Alejandro has expanded his creativity beyond the limits, directing the short film Veronica (Official Selection of the Morelia International Film Festival), and starring/co-producing the debut feature film 'Tiempo de Jacarandas' (Time of Jacarandas) (in post-production), based on the bestseller "The Eyes of the Siberian Dog"..
Currently, Alejandro is developing his voice as a creator, producing and starring in daring projects, always with love and courage.
